You can purchase extra questions in the "STORE" page on AURALBOOK. All payments will be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Each grade of each examination syllabus contains 3 courses. Mostly 180 extra questions
are included (vary by grade).
Users can purchase Basic Learner (60 questions)/ Active Learner (120 questions)/
Dedicated Learner (180 questions) at a time.
Your suggestions are highly appreciated. If you find that the examination you are taking is not covered by AURALBOOK, please let us know by emailing us at cs@playnote.com.
AURALBOOK currently supports English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. AURALBOOK also contains voice over in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Simply by logging in your Playnote account on our website, you can track all your practice records, which are stored in our cloud server, on Playnote Organizer.
For the Introduction Course, there are only three questions in each part. If you want extra questions for practice you need to purchase more courses.
No. You can use all dialects available in all versions of AURALBOOK.
Since our app is sound sensitive, it is suggested you use it in a quiet environment. You can try it again in a quieter place if that happens.

No. You can use all dialects available in SCALEBOOK.
You are recommended to log in with the email you registered on AURALBOOK so that you can access all your records of both Scale and Aural tests with the same email.
You can either access the records in the "Record" page of SCALEBOOK, or on Playnote Organizer (www.playnote.com).
You can enter the email of music teacher into "Teacher's email" so that your teacher can review your records on Playnote Organizer (www.playnote.com).
No. The "Unlimited time" version is a one-time purchase. You can enjoy full functions of SCALEBOOK and cloud storage for unlimited time.
If the subscription has not expired, it will be restored automatically after you log in again. You can also press the "Restore" button in the "Payment" page on SCALEBOOK.
Due to the policies of Apple and Google, we are not allowed to provide this feature in the App. You are required to view, change or cancel the subscription in your payment in the device's OS provider.

It may be due to the background noise which may affect the analysis SCALEBOOK is going to give. You may try to play in a less noisy environment again and see whether it helps.
You can reset password by clicking "Forget your password?" in the login page of our website. After entering and sending your login email, you will receive an email to reset the password.

After your student enter your email in "Teacher's email", given that you have registered to be our Teacher ambassador, the discount will automatically be shown in the "Store" page on the apps.
After you have registered as a teacher ambassador, you can send a request email to cs@playnote.com and our teacher ambassador coordinator will contact you to discuss the details.
We will normally organize 10+ seminars each year in various countries. The seminar topics include pedagogy, skills for taking examination, aural training, theory, psychology, and business skills for music teachers, etc. We will post the details about the seminars on our facebook page once they are ready.
